Program Inclusions
Included in this program are:
  • Excursions: In addition to the My Global Cities weekly events calendar, social events and program activities include access to campus-activities as well as a full-day excursion to the dazzling Blue Mountains, which includes a visit to Featherdale National Park where you can get up close and personal with kangaroos and koalas, plus an incredible dinner and overnight stay at the Taronga Zoo.
  • Student Events: Social events include an arrival reception, a mid-term dinner, and a farewell ceremony.
  • Student Safety & Support: The CAPA Sydney team is available throughout your program to assist and support you 24/7 with any urgent situations. We maintain a comprehensive health and safety plan with staff available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.
My Global City
CAPA’s My Global City unique learning immersion program, blends local culture and top-notch academics into the experience of a lifetime for our students. A proven education program that combines theme-based learning with unique cultural experiences turning London into your classroom.
The My Global City events calendar offers a wide-range of CAPA-led and self-led activities and social events each week. CAPA-led events include a coastal walk from the famous Bondi Beach to Coogee, an evening visit to the Sydney Observatory to view a starry night sky, trivia at a local city pub to learn all about the neighborhood and the nation, and an Aboriginal Cultural Workshop at the harborside suburb of Barangaroo. Throughout the rest of your program, self-guided events will be offered each week.

CAPA PALS
Students will have the opportunity to be matched with another student going on their CAPA program during the application process. This a great way to meet new people prior to arrival, have additional support through the support of a “pal” and just another way to get involved in the CAPA Community! You will just need to complete a brief survey about your interests and lifestyle so the CAPA team can find your best match in the cohort! Whether you are a first-time or seasoned traveler, looking to make friends earlier than arrival, or just want a support system to help you as you navigate the process of preparing for living abroad - this program is great for all students!
