The Site
Florence, the Renaissance city. A city renowned for its magnificent architecture, world-class art museums and flair for creating the latest trends in fashion. Florence offers students a unique learning environment where the entire city center feels like a museum.

The Study Center
CAPA’s Global Cities program locations offer a rich field of academic potential precisely because they are multi-layered, multi-dimensional, multicultural, complex and challenging. CAPA’s unique curriculum is designed to explore the way these Global Cities have been imagined, invented, and transformed by the forces of globalization throughout their history. The individual cities become the “text” that you are guided to analyze and explore. CAPA makes this analysis and exploration possible, and personal, through our My Global City activities and events.
