Tuition & Mandatory Fees:
The amount shown is for SUNY Oswego tuition only. All SUNY students will be billed for applicable tuition and fees at their home campuses. For applicable tuition rates and fees,  please check with your home campus. Community College, CUNY and Non-SUNY students pay tuition and fees to the Office of International Education & Programs at SUNY Oswego. 

*Students choosing to take online SUNY course(s) in addition to their full-time study abroad program courses will be billed an increased program charge in accordance with SUNY Oswego tuition policy.


Insurance: All students are covered by full health, evacuation and repatriation insurance.

Host Country Health Insurance: Students on this program must enrolled in Puerto Rico's mandatory health insurance program. There are several different options ranging in cost $649 - $867, depending upon the plan chosen. Students submit payment directly to UPR for the National Health Insurance fee. Upon acceptance to the program further details will be provided by UPR upon your nomination to the program.

Housing: Students will reside at UPR's Residence Hall named Plaza Universitaria.  Students submit payment for housing directly to the residence hall. Upon being nominated for the program, you will receive instructions about submitting the housing form and setting up payment.

Flight: Students make their flight arrangement to Puerto Rico Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and from the airport take an official airport taxi to the UPR Residence Hall.
