CEA CAPA Course Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy:
You may withdraw from the program up until October 17th with only the non-refundable $250 deposit due. Please see below for withdrawal policy after October 17th. Spring 2026 dates have not been confirmed yet.

Tuition & Mandatory Fees:  
The amount shown is for SUNY Oswego tuition only. All SUNY students will be billed for applicable tuition and fees at their home campuses. For applicable tuition rates and fees,  please check with your home campus. Community College, CUNY and Non-SUNY students pay tuition and fees to the Office of International Education & Programs at SUNY Oswego. 

*Students choosing to take online SUNY course(s) in addition to their full-time study abroad program courses will be billed an increased program charge in accordance with SUNY Oswego tuition policy.

Program Differential:
Program Differential includes airport pick-up, orientation, housing placement and assistance, health insurance, reduced cost cultural activities and excursions, instruction, evaluation, advising and student services by our Paris director.

Housing:
The amount listed above reflects the most popular and most expensive housing choice (residence hall) among students. Other housing options may be available at lower cost. Students choosing program-arranged housing will be invoiced for housing by OIEP at SUNY Oswego prior to departure.
Students are expected to respect housing property as well as the property of the other community members. Students will be financially liable for any damages, alterations, or removals that they cause (including damage caused by a student's guest) to residence hall rooms, common areas, and other resident's property. For more details on housing costs, accepted students should consult the housing questionnaire in their online accounts or the program brochure. 

Insurance:
All students are covered by full health, evacuation and repatriation insurance.
